Booth registration now open for 2021 Holiday Bazaar

Vendors,

You are cordially invited to the annual GPHS Holiday Bazaar which will be held Saturday, December 11th, 2021 from 9 am - 3 pm. Please note, we will be following all mandates pertaining to Covid, including face coverings. If for any reason we are unable to put on the Bazaar, we will notify you as quickly as possible and will process refunds/credit. If you are interested in a booth space, please review the information and complete the attached booth space registration. We look forward to having you!

Bazaar Info:

GPHS Holiday Bazaar Saturday, December 11th, 2021 9am—3pm

  • 5 different booth sizes available:
    • 4 x 8 for $20
    • 6 x 6 for $25 (only 1 in this size, please call ahead for availability)
    • 8 x 6 for $27 (only 4 in this size, please call ahead for availability)
    • 8 x 8 for $30
    • 8 x 12 for $35 (limited quantity)
    • 10 x 10 for $35 (required size for canopy)
  • Sandwich board signs will be put up the day of the event.
  • Fliers will be made available for pick-up at the office starting November 4th. Come by and pick up some fliers to hang in the locations you frequent.
  • Returning vendors can begin registration September 27th. New vendor registration will open October 25th. (New vendor registrations will not be accepted prior to Oct. 25th)
  • Please fill out the attached registration form. On the form indicate your top three choices for booths. We will do our best to accommodate all booth requests. All booths are on a first come, first serve basis with returning vendor registration beginning 4 weeks prior to new vendor registration.
    • We will do our very best to accommodate booth space requests but cannot guarantee requested booth space or building.
  • Pay special attention to the booth sizes and numbers. Remember booths do not include tables, so you will need to provide your own. There is a limited amount of tables for rent for $10 each.
  • Please make sure to list the items you are selling. Only one vendor that has trademark items such as Scentsy, Young Living, Tupperware, etc. will be accepted. Prior to registering, please contact me to make sure there is an opening for your trademark product. If you sign up for a booth with other items, you will not be able to add any trademark items without approval.
  • Please indicate if you need electricity so that we can place you the proper booth location to meet this need. If you do not indicate you need electricity, we may not be able to accommodate this need. You must provide your own extension cord(s).
  • Mail your registration form to GPHS, Attn: Jeni Brouillette. You may also drop your payment and registration forms to the bookkeeper at the high school. Make check payable to “GPHS Dance & Guard”.
  • Confirmation of booth space registration and additional information will be sent via email. Please make sure to include email address on registration form.
  • Bazaar reminders will be sent out by December 3rd.
  • Set up will be Friday, December 10th from 5pm-7pm and Saturday, December 11th from 7am-9am. Please do not arrive before 5pm on Friday as there are student activities on campus. Please make sure your booth is ready for customers to shop promptly at 9am.
  • There will be NO vendor parking allowed near gates of Commons building or alley way near gym during the event. No driving or parking on grass, please.
  • CLEANUP- Saturday, December 11th from 3pm- 4pm.
  • Concessions will be available for purchase.
