Grants Pass High School Launching Automotive Program
After nearly 40 years, Grants Pass High School is excited to welcome back an Automotive Program for the 2023-24 school year. Courses will include Automotive I, Automotive II, and Automotive Adulting.
From negotiating the price for a car and checking fluids to servicing brakes and reassembling an engine, students will leave the program prepared for a wide range of career options and equipped with the skills necessary to maintain their own personal vehicles for years to come.
In order to provide our students with the best possible learning experience, we are inviting local businesses to partner with us as we grow this new program. We are currently seeking donations of supplies or other contributions. We would love to discuss job shadowing, guest speaking opportunities, classroom demonstrations, or other ways we can collaborate with experienced industry professionals.
